By downloading, installing, or using Meridian ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Meridian is a calendar and information app that displays multi-country holiday data, cultural insights, and integrates with your Apple Calendar. The app is provided as-is for personal and professional use.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
- You acknowledge that holiday data is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time changes by governments
4. Intellectual Property
The Meridian app, its design, code, content, and brand assets are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. Calendar Integration
Meridian accesses your Apple Calendar in read-only mode through Apple's EventKit framework. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of calendar data provided by third-party calendar services (iCloud, Google Calendar, Exchange, etc.).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Meridian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that holiday information will be 100% accurate at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
